Anyone ever tried to buy something on a CC and have it shipped elsewhere? Most times, you have to call the bank to get them to "turn on" an alternate address. If it is not turned on, the package will come to you. For instance, I was gonna teach someone how to assemble a computer long distance, and ordered a bunch of stuff from Newegg to be sent to his house, he would assemble it and learn on it, then send it to me. I put his address in and everything. The boxes came to my address anyway since if the ship to address is nto listed, Newegg auto sends it to the one listed.
The fact that their are no marks on the box besides an address sounds fishy. Perhaps someone stoll your friends CC # and tried to ship themselves something, but the vender shipped it to your friend instead. I would have your friend call up all the CC companies and look for a charge for a few grand. 200 grasshopper points says this is what happened.
