I love that background color, but what's with the 20 miles of empty space?

The "20 miles of extra space" are for future additions/pics. Did you not read the first post where I mention that I just started? Or, the flashing sign which reads..."under construction."

Thanks to those that understood and encouraged.

DAMN. Why come down on Russ like that? His post was as close to a genuine pat ont he back as you'll ever get from Russ, and while I can appreciate your sarcasm, let me ask why you don't know that you don't have to RESERVE SPACE for future additions? Just because you just started and the page is under construction doesn't mean you have to make the page all huge and empty to allow room to grow. That's like starting a term paper by adding 15 line breaks so you won't have to worry about them later (read=stupid).

Well you did ask for comments eh? Anyway, it's easy to add "space" later as you add to the page, you don't really need to set it aside :)

While it doesn't happen quite often...I will apologize to Russ. Although I'm sure that most of you would agree that a person usually must be on the defensive on this forum...Some of you CAN be quite nasty at times (inlcuding myself.)

Again, I apologize to Russ.

As for the extra space...as I said, it's my first attempt at a website and yes, I did set aside that space for coming pics. Easier to move those few things to the bottom now as to do it later. Just my thang I guess.

I say congrats, and good luck with the site. With a pic like that we'll be checking back for updates! ;)
