I listened to Echoes like 15 times last night :(

RIP

ahh Echoes, easily one of my favorites.

My friends and I got together and did the jam portion of that song for my brothers high school talent show.

thanks lads.

the looper is all sorts of fun.. I love making stupid little songs by fake drumming on my guitar or using pick scrapes.

Nice Drew :) thats pretty sweet for a single guitar all the way through

btw, finally picked up my Mackie Onyx Satellite. Got a nice deal on it, now just getting everything sorted. I'll try to post some clips of my little fender amp soon.

Thanks for the advice  this thing is going to work nice for my current setup. I got a Sennheiser e609 silver mic to go with it, which I just drape over the grills on my amps to record. Now I'm playing a lot more through my amp(s) out loud rather than through my headphones. My modeling amp sounds better recorded from the mic off the speaker rather than direct in, so I'm using it most of the time now. Now that I'm using it more (Johnson JT50 Mirage) suprisingly I find I can fiddle around and get it to sound pretty decent, at least at recording volumes. Pretty stoked!

Glad you dig the Onyx, it's a great little unit. I've heard great things about the e609, you'll have to tell me how it is. I have a plainjane sm57 but I've been wanting to combine another mic in the mix.

I tried to get the most diverse array of tones out of the guitar to highlight the possibilities of the pedal

Cool man. I don't think I've posted this yet. I'm so lazy that it took me a whole year to get to this point in terms of composing and mixing but I'm not done yet, I have to redo the whole thing with real drums and piano but the idea (and some shred!) is there.

voyage to far place

and it sounds like wrastlin music.

Nice playing by all you guys
