Relax and act friendly. Don't jump to conclusions, and just because he's white and you're black and he's acting strange doesn't mean he's racist, otherwise you're making the same generalizations that you accuse him of. Maybe he's just shy and uncomfortable and wants to see what everyone else does and how they do it. You would naturally notice him watching you more than you would notice him watching other ppl/peering over their cubicles. Maybe he saw you posting in ATOT and is emulating you.

It seems that they don't have too much in the way of a minority population in Germany. We had a german exchange student last year and in addition to being partymeister #1, he said, and I quote "Wow, this is my first time SEEING a black girl, and my cack is stuck up her butt"

I propose a New forum rule:
When someone says they will post a pic when "pics!" is demanded of them, they have 10 minutes to post pics or they are instanly put on indefinite vacation status until the pics arrive.
How many times have people said "Pics!" only to be followed by "gimme a sec..." or "ok sure as soon as I get home..." only to see a thread die with no pics???

Pretend you moved to Germany and it was your first time living in a foreign country, much less working in a foreign office. Face it, not everyone works like an American in an American corporation. Don't you think you might be just a little curious at how a foreign office operates?

Next time he peaks over clutch your chest and shout "Ach mien lieb!!!" then slump over your keyboard and play dead for a few minutes. He will stop looking at you after that. Be sure to lock you desk drawer containing all of you brautwerst and sourkraut before hand, because that is what he is really after.
