Personally I think the ASRock looks better (already posted here on AT). The 1-0-1, 2-0-2 scheme doesnt make any sense. Are there going to be separate 3 and 4 channel kits? Plus the fact they use an active chipset fan leads me to think RMA's have told them that that thing needs better cooling.

X79 supposedly supports 64GB RAM so when 16GB Ram sticks come out I'll be ready!
