Yeah, that Sea Dragon (And the Sea Stallion) are a pretty "We're here for business" lookin helicopters. The Hind is even moreso a business only kinda craft, that thing looks just downright mean, and is as close to a flying tank as you can get.

That's the helicopter that Liquid Snake flew in the Metal Gear Solid game for PSI. When I clicked on it I immediately had flashbacks of frantically firing stinger missiles at this huge behemoth in the sky. The game did a good job of recreating it with detail, now that I see the real thing.

Awesome pics

Try looking again. If you look closely, in the middle of that picture there is a jet. That jet is a Rafale.

A jet lacking the front control wings......
At least, I dont see them 😕 I thought all Rafales had them?

I had to do a double-take when I saw that picture. In the picture, it looks like that is the tail, but it isn't. Look again, those are the canards.

I knew the intakes were wrong (Dual sides vs single) but thought it might be some variant.
Sure as hell though.....

Here's a picture of the same aircraft from a different angle:

The intakes are exactly the same, and the aircraft is exactly the same as the others.

What are the dark boxy appendages on the wings towards the body?

Nono, I meant I knew the intakes were wrong for an Eagle, but thought it might be a variant. The intakes are deadbang for a Rafail, but the front canards looked like they were on the tail and had me all fvcked up.
