Some Machines in our Domain keep setting their time back one hour

We have two Win2k Server Dc's, they both have correct time.

I've verified that the windows time service is running on both of them.

I've checked timezone settings on all the machines.

going nuts!

It's a long shot, but have you checked to see if any 3rd party time sync apps have been installed by the users?
