...so we can sleep at nite, I sleep 8 ft from the computer.
My fan experiment Althon xp 1700(1466mhz) oced to 1606 mhz
using the motherboard diode under the chip, room temp 72F:
4X panaflo 80 mm, case closed
Coolermaster HCC-002 copper


w/6800 rpm fan .35amps 51 idle/57 load 25 mm high (stock hcc-002)
w/6000 rpm fan .36amps 52 idle/59 load 15 mm high
w/3500 rpm fan .13amps 55 idle/63 load 20 mm high
w/4600 rpm fan .21amps XX idle/XX load 15 mm high (will pick one up shortly since I live close to bgmicro)

System crashes around 65-68C
Can't seem to get to sleep with a 6000+ rpm fan, yet.
