Ugh. I hate having to ask questions.
1.) After I shut it down through the windows shutdown menu, the screen becomes very distorted. Windows is gone but the screen is going nuts - fans are still spinning. I've tried chipset updates but to no avail. The system will power itself down after a minute or so of distorted screen. BIOS setting maybe?
2.) The Earthwatts PSU that came with this case (the 380W flavor) is loud. Too loud. Vacuum loud. It wasn't when I was just troubleshooting the mobo with barebones plugged in. But there's nothing inside of this box. It's running onboard video with a single DVD burner. That's it - no PCI slots, nothing. Just the burner and an SATA HD.

Oh, for the record, this board will not run OCZ ram at 800mhz. Had to bump it down to 667. Just FYI
