That first vid was all certification flights for Boeing at Moses Lake (grant county) airport.
It has a huge runway, and Boeing and JAL utilize it extensively. JAL does all of their transition training there.
It has two runways of 10,000 or more feet, so they can intentionally pick the "wrong" runway anytime there are strong winds for crosswind practice.
