Some help installing new HD

I just got a new 2TB Hitachi Deskstar HD and I installed it in my computer. My computer boots up and it shows the HD in the BIOS and Windows even shows it installing drivers and saying it's ready to use. However, I can't find it anywhere in my list of drives...it's not in My Computer and I don't have a clue how to access it. Am I doing anything wrong? Thanks!
 
Thanks for pointing that out...I saw it there and it turns out I had to initiate it (whatever that means). So I followed the directions and formatted it and now it's up and running...thanks!
