Eh... we're offering money for Osama even dead? That's no fun. Besides that just motivates people to lower themselves to his level and commit murder. Regardless of what he's done, he needs to be brought to justice according to the law. Grr... don't get me started.

My assumption that this was an american act is because only an american would conclude that he could be in that situation of seeing bin laden from behind his windshield on an american street.
