I got some Esoteria from GEiL but the one for $50 AR which do right now 950mhz at 4 4 4 quiet easy.

This comes up at $55 AR for me, making it the cheapest CAS 4 DDR2-800 kit.

I would go with this G.Skill stuff (cheapest DDR2-800, let alone CAS 4) or with the Ballistix.
