lol, i remember freshman year in HS some girl flashed my friend.. (sadly i was behind the girl) but he told me she was showing off her nipple ring lol.

Generally it works in the opposite direction, as it is the reason for most piercings in "sensitive" areas.

It does increase sensitivity while they're in but if a girl decides to take them out an let them heal she'll lose all sensitivity. Which makes doing it seem even dumber to me. It's not like you wouldn't want to take them out eventually so why do it knowing you'll have busted nipples later?

Being that I'm of the school of thought where you don't get pieces of steel shot through the sensitive areas of your body, I'll remain blissfully ignorant on this one.

Also, note the sarcastic/ironic connection between "she's a slut - look at them and they get pregnant" and the natural followup to breastfeeding. 😛

Take this girl home to Mom and she'd probably flash Dad. :disgust:

Uh...no, they don't necessarily lose sensitivity when they heal. My ex-gf had one for awhile and took it out. She didn't lose all sensitivity. I don't think she lost ANY sensitivity, actually.

I have some friends who are into piercings and they seem to say it goes one way or the other - it either greatly increases the sensitivity or kills it off altogether.
