Wow - talk about desperate. Get down to your local DMV ASAp 😉

At least you don't have people peeling your military base decals off your car 😕 I've had mine replaced TWICE.

Nah, it's was pretty damn tight. I noticed when I was washing it last.

And it's not a DMV plate, it's one that I bought from the NC State student book store years ago. It was the first thing I ever bought for my car 🙁
 
You might wanna check eBay, they have about 79 up for sale. NC is by far the biggest collectors item due to the "First in Flight" slogan being big with collectors. I got a NrMint v9.5 for about $65 a couple of years back.

Oh they probably needed it for a scavenger hunt of some sort. People do that all the time at home. For some reason college license plates or the license plate borders are always on the list.

Lol, I asked my buddy at work where you get those things when we saw one on a car in the parking lot and he goes "Right there!" and points at the car. Lmao. Apparently someone else had the same idea.
 
move out of NC and move to NY. you'd have pedestrian security. people look at the cars pretty carefully here. 😛
 
This happened to my sister also. But they guy replaced plates with hers. She didnt even notice till one day several parking tickets came in the mail saying she got a ticket at so and so location. I guess the car that had her plates on was the same type and color, so when they ran the plates it "matched". Anyway she had to prove it wasn't her and go to court and waste a bunch of time and money.

Evil. I thought they were supposed to put the VIN# down too when they write the tickets. Still would likely have to go to court, etc.



 
They should have waited until Sunday, and replaced it with this. 😉 I can't wait for the game, it will be a true test for the Dawgs, and probably their toughest game all year.
