How could you miss driving towards saran wrap that was wrapped between two poles? Someone's not obviously paying attention to the road if brakes were applied 10 feet before impact.

yeah so?

whenever I drink with friends they have never said "hey lets do something illegal and dumb that might get someone hurt or killed!" like i said they are fvucking dumb. i would find some new Friends.

why don't you gte on a motorycle and have someone wrap saran wrap around some poles. Now go the speed limit and while looking out for other vehicles see if you can stop in time. Now you can't know what set of poles it is on!

when you get out of the hospital let us know how it was.

If there's a possibility that someone may get killed or hurt then it's not a joke, prank, etc. Attempted murder should be the manditory charge.

I agree....plastic wrap would probably add an extra 10 seconds for me to get out my pocket knife and get in my car.
Wrapping it around poles is just dumb.....did anyone think that the plastic would do anything besides break if a car hit it?

What the hell are 'traffic poles'? And also, that must have been a lot of plastic wrap. They should have questioned the local supermarkets to see if anyone bought 15 roles of plastic wrap.

How do people not the plastic wrap that's placed on the toilet for a prank? It's not even 5 feet away from you and you don't even have to look out for other traffic in the bathroom.

Unfortunately that speaks of you that you'd have friends who would do that sort of thing, or even consider it. A prank is wrapping peoples' cars so that they can't get in them in the morning. Putting wrap/wires across a highway to hit motorcycles is nothing less than attempted murder.

Anybody saying that a motorcycle should be able to notice saran wrap is a dumbass, at best. Who knows what the lighting was, or how wide it was (vertically)? Perhaps he was consumed with looking out for traffic or animals on the road, or perhaps just having a nice drive.

i agree. also, this probably woulnt lead to a gigantic accident. i mean, its still annoying and stupid. but pranks are supposed to be played on people you know. not complete strangers. thats just malicious.
if my friends plastic wrapped my car or put plastic wrap between two poles at the end of my driveway while i was parked in it, yes thats a prank. this is just stupid.
those kids were watching too many cartoons.
