I alredy went to whitepages.com and did a reverse look up. The person lives in my area code, and the number is on sprint. But it said
The phone number "(315) 396-5088" is a Syracuse, NY based phone number and the registered carrier is Sprint Communications Company, L.p. - Ny. However, due to number portability, some numbers have been transferred to a new service provider other than the registered carrier.

I really want to know woh this is, i can just block the number, but i want to know.

Just block the number and be done with it, or call them from another phone and get them talking to find out.
