Some f@g at ebay ripped me off again!!

Hey. I bought a Microsoft Intellimouse Explorer from ebay. I lost my money once to somone else, but i didnt think it would happen again. But, i thought wrong. Some i love you took my money again. He kept on saying he would ship it but never did. Its been past 1 month and i still didnt get my shipment. What would you guys do?

Edit: I have his address, maybe that will make a difference.

how was his rating on ebay before u won his auction? i really dunno how much u can do. ebay does have fraud protection, but there is like a $20 deductable or something.

His rating fell because people gave him negative feedback. I have his address, if that helps. It is very hard to communicate with him. I would send him 20 emails, and he would respond once, then wouldnt respond again.

simple way to avoid getting ripped of on ebay, always pay with plastic, they will protect u.

money cash diamonds, unmarked bills is just asking for trouble. paypal too, i pay cyberwings by paypal and miss the complaint deadline by 1 day (30th day a no go) and there goes my $8. woulda filed sooner but they kept stringing us along.

Silly guy.. Ebay is for Sellers, not buyers. Well.. Not smart buyers anyway.

User ratings can go up and down. Each time you are given a negative, the rating goes down if it's from a unique user. If you buy 100 things from someone and give them a negative for each item, you will only count as 1 against their user rating. They will get the negatives on their record, but it will only affect their rating once. Same goes with positives. Neutrals keep your rating the same.

This guy must've turned bad in a hurry if he went from a 100+ rating to 10. I bet there are others investigating him as well if that's the case.
