Some drivers think using their turn signal gives them the right to enter into your

Whenever I see another driver signal wanting to enter my lane and there is only like 2 cars lengths or less between the car in front of me, I speed up and don't let the other driver in. Several of times I've had them honk at me for not letting them in D:

So you're one of the assholes who does this, eh? Unless they're trying to pull a dick move themselves (like waiting until 10 feet before an exit to merge into the off ramp lane) then I don't see why letting someone into your lane is such an affront.

Don't blame him. His girlfriend is the one that tells him what to do. He just pushes the pedals for her.

EDIT: But that said, in heavy and busy traffic, 2 car lengths is definitely sub-ideal.

I hate drivers like you. You should be happy they used their signal. BTW, it's not "your lane".

Life is not NASCAR. There is no prize for being ahead of someone.

it doesn't make you rage when some jerk cuts you off and them goes all slow, causing you to miss the green light? If you hadn't let this jerk cut in front of you in the first place you would have made the light.

the ones driving like an ass are the ones cutting others off.

If it is 2 car lengths or less of space, that is considered cutting me off if you try to enter into my lane.

Nope you're an ass.. It'd be real hard to slow down and let the guy in right.. But o no.. you just have to speed up.

Unless you have to take evasive action, why do you care if they "cut you off"? When the only action you're taking is to prevent them from getting over, that qualifies as a dick move.

Why do you speed up? They want to move over, is there some reason you have to speed up so they can't get in the other lane. They aren't cutting you off, you are driving they are ahead of you showing you they want to get over. Why not just let them in instead of being an asshole.

This happens to me constantly when I'm pulling my trailer. As soon as the asshat in the next lane see's my blinker, he speeds up. I've started a new program of simply continuing with the lane change. My theory is that there is a long outside chance that the asshole will learn something about driving.

Only a douchebag leaves enough room for a car to get in and then cuts off a car trying to get in.

most of the time they either go slow after I let them in or they change lanes to make their turn which causes me have to slow down. impeding another driver is a huge dick move.

if you are pulling a trailer and driving slow, why don't you let the car pass before changing into his lane and blocking him? is it too much for you to wait for a few seconds?

catch 22, use the blinker, assholes like tommy speed up and dont let you in. Dont use the blinker, you get in the lane with no problem. Now we have given the driver MORE reason not to use the blinker, ever. And its all tommy2000's fault.

So, you're an asshole in addition to being an idiot (or a troll). What else is new?

because if you leave too much room, other drivers will pull in front of you and 90% of the time they will slow down. If you leave 2 cars lengths, you won't be tailgating and not have enough room to let another car in. If the other driver still wants to cut in front of you, there is enough time to accelerate and close the gap

you don't have to see a blinker to know they want to come in. You have a hunch when you see how they drive
