I could not check everything. But here are something worth to get:

CC: Apex DVD,VCD,MP3,CD player, with S-video, dolby digital and Kala OK. for $89.99 at CC, 5 hour only. This is not best price online, but good for local store. Also, not a good brand, but a brand can read most of the discs no matter where you buy it. US or other country.

Free computer after rebate at CC. We will not use the internet rebate, so $400 for a Celeron 633Mhz, 64M, 20Gb, and 12X DVD player+17 inch mornitor and Z22 color printer. I think it's worth it. Actually CC will give you a $325 and a $100 rebate for that.

Also, $10 600x1200 dpi scanner is OK for most of us.

BBY: DVD deals every body knows. Here are something else.
Acer 10x4x32CDRW for $79.99, and a coupon for free color prints.

Sears: 27 inch TV, $199.99

Target, Merynin: Free stuff for first 500-1100 customer.

Most sell on stores are just rubish brand. But those above is OK for most of people.

Sorry Guys but the Apex does not have the option to turn off the country codes anymore. The original 600A had the option but they are long gone. I know people who bought them about 4 months ago, some had the option and some didn't. :( The lucky ones were getting the last ones on the shelf...

Picked up my 50 pc. spindle pack of CD-R blanks at Office Depot.

CD Identifier - Multi Media Masters & Machinery SA Type 2

Per CD Media World, not enough info is available to rate these as low/high quality.
