Its amusing, but to show my nerd cred 🙂 , I have to take issue with:

"He's sorting it twice".

I only see only one unordered sort: WHERE BEHAVIOR="NICE"

Where is the other sort? Doesn't it need something like
ORDER BY LastName OR WHERE Age < 9 OR Order BY Latitude, Longitude

Unless like a good database guy he has used a primary key and is OK with a default primary key sort...
 
Umm... it's a joke, dude.

That said, If I had a customer database the size of Santa's, I'd probably put a LIMIT on that SELECT statement...
