Somali Interior Minister suicide-bombed by his own niece

More Islamic fuckedupness... According to the article his niece had joined al-Shabab. So yeah, the usual crowd (ok, two or three) Islamic apologists are going to jump in once this thread gets bumped over to P&N and say that Islam doesn't preach this blah blah blah. But al-Shabab does what it does in the name of Islam.

It's beyond disgusting, and the world would be a better place without that fucked up religion.

You realize there are hundreds of millions of Muslims world wide? If you want to take the actions of a fraction of a fraction of a fraction of a percent to base what you think of an entire group of people on. You shouldn't like anyone, religious or not.

Please see them in there native homeland. Your opinion will change drastically. And specially there thoughts.

I really don't know much about somalia, but they say it is functioning decently for a WARZONE country.

This concept of living in state less, border less country with only sharia courts sounds intriguing.

Is USofA meddling there too???

Well let me again say i really don't know much about somalia. I am personally in ISLAM sucks group.

But just reading Western news won't give a unbiased view. I mean after all saudi OIL is very near there.

There are also news that despite all this shit the lots of part of country is functioning ok.

The question is WOULD this sharia power corrupt the People who are enforcing it........... as they say absolute power corrupts absolutely.

This SHARIA people are so BRUTAL more BRUTAL then the communist. Would this sharia system fail like COMMUNISM or they will take over the world which seems more likely and THRIVE.??????

Western news is about all you'll get out of Mogadishu, I know because I've looked in the past and it's still spartan. There are other parts of Somalia functioning better.

There are more than a billion, I think.
The question is, though, not how many of those commit suicide bombings, but how many out of this billion promote freedom of speech and press, democracy, separation of church and state, women rights, tolerance towards other races and religions. 10%? 20%? These are the people I base my opinion on, and my opinion is very bad.

Other than that, the fact there are so many of them doesn't make them just or right.
