I used to be and got tired of the constant outages and slow servers. You'd be wise to move IMHO.

FYI if you ever want to see whats going on if the main site is down use http://www.idologic.info. It is hosted elswhere and can give you updates.

They are the best I have found for the price and their response time is wonderful.

IMHO they don't even compete on the same level but it sounds like you've had good success with them so far.

I have 6 reseller accounts and 2 VPS's, I only trust two web hosts I trust with my personal and family websites. Idologic is one of them, can anyone guess the other?

Idologic is very highly respected and they've got a good team of people working there. I don't want to comment on other companies, but I think you might have a wrong impression.

They may have a good rep but the server we were on was constantly slow to respond and the mail servers were horribly slow. They kept trying to blame the routing of our internet connection even after I showed them that it was happening on different connections and on different sites on the same server. They did nothing to resolve it so I had to move elsewhere. My customers were constantly complaining and I had to do something.

I am only one person and I am just sharing my experience. I'm not on a crusade or anything.
