Within the last hour Ive noticed quotes are cutoff. You can only see the top 1/5th of quote box. Same thing for images. Perhaps they are experimenting right now, or maybe something else is going on.

edit: Using IE8, WinXP

edit: I think it was done by Windows after Data Execution Prevention said I was the victim of an attack. I uninstalled AVG9 and am using Microsoft Security Essentials now. I reset my browser settings to factory default and rebooted. Everything is working again.

Well I went to VBforums.com and pulled up a random thread with quotes. Noticed the same thing there too, so I figured something was goofy with my browser. Earlier my computer shut down a webpage using Data Execution Prevention.

This is the second time this week Ive been attacked on my laptop. The other attack was a malware antivirus upload trying to force me to buy protection (it kept control of my computer shooting me to porn sites and asking me to purchase the antivirus program to "fix" my computer). I nuked the drive and restored a ghost image from last week. Anyway I uninstalled AVG9 (since the latest version disables Windows Defender and forces you to use AVG spyware protection), and installed the free Microsoft Security Essentials. I also reset my browser to factory settings.

Everything is fine again and I see all quotes / images.....for now.

Contrary to popular belief, Lorem Ipsum is not simply random text. It has roots in a piece of classical Latin literature from 45 BC, making it over 2000 years old. Richard McClintock, a Latin professor at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, looked up one of the more obscure Latin words, consectetur, from a Lorem Ipsum passage, and going through the cites of the word in classical literature, discovered the undoubtable source. Lorem Ipsum comes from sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 of "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" (The Extremes of Good and Evil) by Cicero, written in 45 BC. This book is a treatise on the theory of ethics, very popular during the Renaissance. The first line of Lorem Ipsum, "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet..", comes from a line in section 1.10.32.

The standard chunk of Lorem Ipsum used since the 1500s is reproduced below for those interested. Sections 1.10.32 and 1.10.33 from "de Finibus Bonorum et Malorum" by Cicero are also reproduced in their exact original form, accompanied by English versions from the 1914 translation by H. Rackham.
