Arg, I used to have this exact problem with my dual monitor setup on my 9800 pro but I can't for the life of me remember how I fixed it! Same conditions as you it just started happening out of no where. I remember it had something to do with an option somewhere about playing videos on full screen mode. Sorry I can't be of more help! I'll let you know if it comes back to me. It was definately a very simple solution though.

But you should definately post how you fixed it cuz I'm having the same problem. It's not as simple as restarting or drivers cuz I did that.
 
Instead of deleting your post why not keep it and post the answer also, so anyone else with the problem can just search the forums?

Because eventually every permutation of letters typed into a post would be posted and the forums would stagnate as every single topic could be searched and every new post would be a repost.
