SOLVED: web address resolving to old server ONLY at office

Recently did a squarespace site for a client. I updated the A record to point to squarespace from their old host (there were error when trying to change the CNAME record - they use cbeyond for their domain and hosting, and it seems all wonky to me). Everywhere I try and everyone I ask can see the new site EXCEPT at the office itself. There it goes to the old site.

No clue here. Help???

Does the office have a second copy of their external DNS zone internally? Some of our clients do that and I really hate it.

I'd start by finding out what DNS server they use at the office. Then empty the cache of said server and check the config. Perhaps ask their sysadmin for help (unless that's you)?
