We've got a PC running Windows 2000 Pro that has four network cards in, each one is connected to a different physical network, with a different subnet on it eg:
card 1 has IP address 140.94.1.10 and is physically connected to all 140.94.1.xxx IP addresses
card 2 has IP address 140.94.2.10 and is physically connected to all 140.94.2.xxx IP addresses
The subnet mask for both cards is 255.255.255.0
My problem is that when card 1 is activated, I can't see any of the machines connected to card 2. With card 1 disactivated, the second network works fine. The machines on the separate subnets don't need to be able to talk to each other, but the Win2000 machine needs to be able to connect to both networks at once. Any ideas on how to set the network properties to allow this? I've tried googling, but I don't even know the name for the thing I'm trying to do, so I haven't had much luck.
Thanks!
