Problem solved: I had the reader enabled in the BIOS. Grrr....
-------------------------------------------------------
I've had my P4S333 running great for days now, and all of a sudden it decides to find new hardware. Strange.
So I took a look at what it found and it classifies it as "unknown".
So I try popping in different CDs trying to find a driver. I was finally successful using the P4S333 CD, and the drivers for the WinBond memory stick installed. Well, after this is done, Explorer stops responding and I can't do any sort of a soft reboot... so out comes the old screwdriver to get to the reset button. Oh, but wait, didn't we tell you? Your computer won't restart properly now that you've used the reset button. So confused. It'll get through the XP loading screen with the little blue guy going left to right, and then it'll just halt when the mouse should come up. So, I have to reset again and resort to the last good settings. So strange.
Any thoughts?
