HD awake up.
Changed these two options to EUFI Only.
- PXE OpROM Policy | Do not Launch
- Storage OpROM policy | Do not Launch (these two for to use both legacy and EUFI).
It's working.
Leave there and shut myself in my room, can't look.

Why? Its a lottery.

Failing to copy files at 74%.

Edit: after using the pendrive with Linux to update here, the one with Win7 don't want to boot anymore.
This is hell, and this forum can't help me anymore. Thanks, I'll try to now annoy you more with this.

I suspect that it could be memory problem.

Run memtest86 to test your memory.

I came back to offer my thanks.
I can't point who was exactly the one who helped, but everyone helped a bit.
While is frustrating that I still don't know the exact configuration because every new installation seems to need a specific set off configuration in the BIOS, at least I know that it's possible to install Windows, especially Seven, with this mother board.

But every problem that could happen happened.
I spent the whole afternoon yesterday installing, updating and configuration. By night everything as in place, I was ready to stand and let my father use the PC and do his business, I just needed to restart for the system finish installing the last updates. I don't know what was the cause, if the updates or if the check disk that was scheduled, I had gone to the bathroom while the chkdsk was working. Well, the system broke, Windows was starting to boot but couldn't finish, it restarted. I tried to restore it the why I could, didn't worked. The result was that I had to install everything again, was faster and a sure way.

Now, finally, I think I done.
System almost all updated, everything relevant to work installed.
Now its up to the PC to continue working.

Years ago I swore that I would not buy another PC until the day this one would come to die.
I had choose the components with care, to endure, and they endure. But after 8 years, more for some pieces, it died and I had to upgrade. Now the older parts are the HDDs. With HDDs you can't, simply can't wait until they die right? Sooner I'll buy a new HDD but it already hurts me think that I'll have to do all this again one more time...

What we can learn from this thread?
If you ever see this message while installing Windows: "Windows cannot be installed to this disk. This computer’s hardware may not support booting to this disk. Ensure the disk’s controller is enabled in the computers BIOS menu."
DON'T GIVE UP!
TRY EVERY OPTION AND DO NOT TRUST LEGACY OPTIONS.

There's not a certain solution, it'll vary, so insist.

Again, huge thanks to the community.
