Solved: Huge stutter spikes on Windows 10 with IPV6 enabled?

No but I am now using Auslogics registry cleaner to tidy things up and will probably apply it on a weekly basis. I also ran a Malwarebytes scan that revealed several pup's that it took out that may have been playing a contributory role but I won't know for certain unless the issue doesn't reoccur in their absence.
 
Okay I recently upgraded my pc and I've discovered that with this new hardware no stuttering exists with IPV6 enabled even while playing games. BF3, my problem child game, plays buttery smooth with higher frame rates on the new hardware with IPV6 enabled so my problem must have been with my old hardware not being able to handle the work load.
