SOLVED AIW TV Audio Problem

does anyone know how to change which audio port the TV uses through the software settings? i went through it kinda quickly and cant seem to find it
 
i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the software....and it just goes right past that stage...

i would call ATI but the SOBs charge for tech support

Open up the TV app> Click on the setup icon> "Display" Tab> press the "initialization wizard" button> Make sure you check the box "I have connected the cable" on the typical audio connections page> Pick the audio input in the drop down list on the "sound initialization wizard" page.
 
that wasnt it either.... thanks for the reply

but i did find the answer in the multimedia control panel...click advanced (under device volume)...advanced in master volume box then make sure your "Other Control" boxes are unchecked....just for a reference if this happens to anyone else
