We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. The problem has been identified, and we are actively working on a resolution. There is no impact to user data or functionality, this is strictly a front-end display issue. Open up the TV app> Click on the setup icon> "Display" Tab> press the "initialization wizard" button> Make sure you check the box "I have connected the cable" on the typical audio connections page> Pick the audio input in the drop down list on the "sound initialization wizard" page.
but i did find the answer in the multimedia control panel...click advanced (under device volume)...advanced in master volume box then make sure your "Other Control" boxes are unchecked....just for a reference if this happens to anyone else
