Solution to the too fast fingerprint scanner

Just use an unregistered finger, wakes up phone and it stays on the lock screen so you can see the notifications. Or just use the sleep/wake button,

Or use your fingernail. Or don't allow your fingerprint to unlock your phone like I do.
