Either way, Bush hasn't exactly developed a reputation for following international law. Also they could put an EMP gun up there, killing a lot of infrastructure before invading. Technically not a WMD... or is it?

I'm OK with this...don't really see any problems at all. In fact, it sounds pretty interesting. I wonder what kind of weapons systems they are planning to use.

This is mostly in my opinion as a "backup" plan to take out the EU gps type satelites because the EU refused to give the US the possibility of stopping countries from using the network if the time is needed.
