Solution to loss of video signal?

I'm trying to overclock my new Barton Mobile 2500+.

Relevant details of my rig:

Asus A7n8x-Deluxe version 1.04 (not certified for 200 Mhz FSB)(Latest BIOS 1007)
Barton Mobil CPU, default speed 11x166, Default voltage 1.45v
CPU Cooling = Alpha Pal8045 w/3000 RPM fan (fan a little light for overclocking, I know)
Kingston PC3200 (256Mbx2)
Sapphire 9800np flashed to pro (just added arctic cooling VGA silencer to it). Omega 2.4.78a drivers.
Power supply is an Enermax 350.
2 HD 120Gig & 40Gig
Lite-on CDRW & Lite-On DVD-RW
(OK, so that's about everything )

What's happening:

CPU is set at 1.575V Vcore, that's the lowest this board will allow for this CPU (still lower than the "normal" Barton default of 1.65v), so I figure if I have to supply the voltage anyway, might as well kick up the clock.
I left the CPU multiplier at 11. I've been slowly raising the FSB speed in 5Mhz increments from 166 towards 200, then running some Prime95 to check CPU temperatures. Under load at 166 it's about 49C, approaching 200 it's 54C. (Not too bad)

Anyway, when I reach 200FSB, Prime 95 runs fine with no errors (only a half hour though), but if I run 3Dmark03, within 10 seconds the monitor goes black, like the computer was off, although the computer seems to be still running fine.

It doesn't seem to be an issue with the CPU, seems like video.

What do you think the issue is?
Any advice what I can do to correct the issue?
What should I try?

Perhaps not your CPU, but rather your video card overheating?

Unless I totally blew the installation of the VGA Silencer, that should not be an issue. The video card has world-class cooling.

Did you lock your AGP at 66?

That's a possibility, but I'm pretty sure it's because your power supply is wimping out on you. That psu only has 32A on the 5v rail. If you want to find out for sure, run your video card at stock settings with PCMock. Also, it would be smart to download PCMock 2k1, and see if it will run okay at the same settings that failed with the 2k3 version. A while back, I spent about 2 days trying to figure out why PCMark 2k1 was crashing on me, no matter what my settings, and it turned out that I had a bad download of it (only 1 byte that's @%$&*'d in the right place can completely ruin a download), and all I had to do was download it and reinstall with the good download.

I checked and my AGP was set to "auto", so I tried setting it to 66, and it made no difference.

It could be the power supply. In motherboard monitor, the Vcore and 3.3 fluctuates. Not big swings, but I'd feel better if it stayed rock steady. The +5 is running around 4.84, but is more steady than the lower voltages.

If 32A is too little, how much is enough? The Antec 430 has 36, Antec 480 has 38A, Fortron 400W has 40A.

As for the 3DMark2k3 download being bad, it works fine at other FSB speeds, so I don't think that's an issue. I'll check out PCMark and see what kind of settings it has.

Upgrade power supply to Enermax 460watt, no difference. Any other ideas, anyone?

OK, so you've swapped out PSU and locked the AGP. Just a few suggestions: Bump the vcore again. Try running your benchies. If it fails again, try bumping the vdimm, I wouldn't recommend going over 2.8. If it fails at this level, then try reinstalling the VGA cooler again.

Just an after thought, some ppl have been changing the Multiplier to 10.5 and sometimes 10 and getting better results out of them.
