Soltek DRV5 and KT333

Is this board good compared to the rest in your experience and reviews? And how does the KT333 perform?

One of the fastest tested. They rate an abot and giga over it because the DRV5 lacks RAID, USB 2.0 and Firewire (none of which I need). But none of the others has the ABS, 5 fan headers and thermal sensors. To me, these are more important. And for around $90, you can't beat it.
