Soltek 939 MB driver problems

hey im having a really hard time installing the pci input device for my new soltek 939 board. It somehow installed fined when I put it in a few days ago on my old windows set up. But I did a format and reinstall and it somehow cannot find the driver for it. Anyone know where in the driver cd the set up for it would be located? or does anyone have the file or could find it on the soltek website? Thanks!
