Question Solid Colored Conductors in Cat5e

I recently had a 50' "made in China" Cat5e cable fail when the jacket parted from the strain relief on the plug. This left the conductors vulnerable so I set about attaching a new plug. I was amazed to discover that the conductors were insulated with white, orange, pale green, blue, pale blue, green, tan, and black insulation.

I've searched high and low an I cannot find this description associated with Cat5e cable.

I've attached a composite photo of the information on the jacket.

I've also attached a photo of the old plug and the cut end of the cable.

Does someone know the story on this cable?

thanks
