Nice price...I was trying to resist the temptation, but I ended up pressing the order button on a couple.

Thanks for the post.

Cheers,

As long as the quantity on their website is not zero, you could go the cheaper Staples way as I suggested.
Some CSR's have a connection to the internet.
Here in California it comes to 48.66$ delivered.
Good luck!

Where on Staples website did you find the Kingtson ram, or do you have to call and get a CSR?

That's funny!
I just had checked it 5 minutes ago and now indeed it shows sold out.
For those who don't know: Staples' SKU for that RAM is IM1033442 .

How the hell is it that cheap...the price comes up as 140.49? Where is the mysterious 90 off of 140 coupon? hmm....

Xzaver, actually you should party longer...

Hey guys, I am sure that these Ram deals will be more frequent now, just look in the past few weeks how much went on there.

Your time will come too.

I wonder if they appropriated another batch or it's a mistake. Kinda wierd. Hope they got more for everyone in the second round.

Yeh, if they make that a habit at least some of us that sleep would have a shot at the deals :]

odd tho, it's been saying 323 in stock for the longest time...

They showed in-stock when I saw it at 8am this morning, but before I could organize my friends to buy some they came up out-of-stock when I clicked reload on my basket.

But then about an hour or so later, they showed up in-stock again. I didn't hesitate, ordered 3 of them. The quantity was something like 396 available. I see now (two hours later) that they are down to 323.

My daughter's machine doesn't really NEED to be at 256MB, but for the price I can't refuse. Mine is already at 256MB of PC133, figured that was enough.

[Update 2 minutes after this post] Just refreshed, and now they are down to 31, from 323!

I'm in for two... Can't go wrong at these prices, I mean, come on, it won't drop to $30 per 128mb... (fingers crossed :))

Put it in my cart earlier this morning and when I tried to "update"
the quantity to 2, it re-adjusted it down to 1, saying "quantity
reduced to stock on hand". Thought I'd missed out - I didn't want
just one.

But nope - it appears to be back in stock - order confirmed for
2 sticks this time around... Yay!

Well, it did not take time to sell this all out. Now there is zero in their inventory even if it says there is 12 left on the web page. Can not buy it now.
