Someone asked if the SCSI will work with the Gateway 6400 well I did a little digging, maybe this will help.

Will this drive work with that HOT Gateway 6400 server? FYI that server uses the Asus CUR-DLS motherboard. Here's a link to it:

I just ordered one of the Gateway 6400's, and went looking for sca to 68-pin adapters: found them for $10 below.

It will work the Gateway 6400, but you need that converter I mentioned. I dug one up:

Look for item 5051 ("5051 80 Pin SCA to 68MicroD LVD *no term. $39.00"

. Note this is one of best, most expensive brands of converters, so you may be able to get it quite cheaper. I wouldn't though; we get what we pay for (usually

Ah, dang. Two of us were working on a post about the converter separately.
Anyway, I also found out information about this drive. It's quite discontinued, which is why it's so cheap.
