Btw, his garage went to 38 Celcuis not farenhiet. 38C is a heat wave.

I've thought of trying this, would be kind of interesting. I have a small yard though but could find a way to roof mount it maybe. More energy than solar power. We don't get much sun here though.

I watched a couple other vids, and at least one of them suggested roof mounting robs you of the convection current through the unit. I don't really understand why you couldn't just overcome that with fans, but he took it off the roof and side-mounted it on the building.
