If I released an OS called windows, I'd expect MS to get a little upset. But what if I released a glazier's software toolkit called windows?

Just wondering because some of the UNIX workstations at work run software called 'Vista' and 'Outlook'.
 
Where is that story of the teenager registering a website that was just his name and it "Sounded" like microsoft or something.
