Software to watch temp

I used to use Asus Pc Probe as it gave you other info like memory usage, hdd usage, etc.. is MBM much better though?

Speedfan would be the better choice as MBM is no longer updated and in my experiance has actually restarted my system because it thought it was running at 100+ degrees or somthing. Speedfan also has a bunch of other neat tricks, it can tell hard drive status, control fan speed... obviously 😛 and it can screw with your motherboard clocks if you set it to. Its also really easy to use.
