Software to view iSight remotely?

Is there any free software that would allow me to see the view from my iSight at home from a remote computer?

I have found a few online, but some descriptions of personal experience (and a link) would be appreciated.

I have LogMeIn, but I was hoping for something with less overhead. I do not need to control the whole computer, just look in on the iSight.
