Software to switch networking profiles on the fly?

I access all kinds of networks on a regular basis and it's getting annoying to have to retype all my IP/DNS info everytime I come back to work from a dhcp network someplace. Anyone know of a software package that allows you to setup network profiles that you can switch on the fly? Sort of like how Apple does it with OSX.

I installed on for a coworker a year or so ago in Win2k, but I can't remember what it was called.

Any ideas?
