Software to rename file/folders in xp?

Have about 200 directories that are either all caps, or all lower case. Would like to know if there is an app that I can change a lot of directories so they are all the same format (spacing, not all caps, -'s in the right place, etc)....or do I have to right click, rename, each file/folder ?
 
I can't remember what tool I use... I think it's Rename Master or something like that, but I'm betting that a plethora of the rename utilities out there will do what you're looking for 🙂. Although finding out how to do so in each program may be a bit taxing.
