I have a 256mb USB drive got formatted somehow. Is there a app that can recover the data? I haven't transferred anything to it.
 
I've been there. I once paid 50 dollars for this software and got everything back. Now I know to backup stuff regularly.
 
Anyone have free software for this?
I just want to play around and see if I can recover the items from a USB flash drive that I just formatted.

Also any software to make sure the data is completely deleted?
 
I used "PC Inspector Smart Recovery"
I downloaded it for free 2 years ago and still use it today. Somehow couldn't find thier website.
