Software to put 10 MPEG1(VCD) into 1 DVD with menu?

dvd santa , i use, the trial has all the features just the first 5-10 mintues of the dvd u see a small demo thing on the top left corner..

ulead movie maker 3 will let you connect movies together or make a menu to have each seperate with a option which one to play.
 
TMPGEnc is like $30... Premiere is what, $400? you do the math 😀

Even if you have both programs, the tutorial I posted works like a charm, and it takes only 5 minutes...
 
Well, I have some avi files already converted to DVD format. I am aware this might not work, but I don't have the avi's anymore. Can I somehow load the DVD and then add a menu and 'recomplie' it?
 
What about Nero Ultra?

Vision Express is included, and it is completely drag and drop. Not the best stand alone app, but it does great for coming with a bundle.
