Software to monitor internet traffic

Hi,

I'm looking for a software to monitor my internet account.

I would like to do the usual stuff on internet, and latter on check how much data I uploaded/downloaded.

I saw one of these a couple of years back, but now I don't have a clue on it's name 🙁 so I'm kind of back to the start ...

Any ideas?

Netstat from analog X is a good free one.
DU Meter is worth every penny if ya wanna buy one.

I use DU Meter. Awesome program. Tried all the others (which I despised).
