Software to monitor IDE HD temps

I just ran across this piece of software, I wasn't sure if I should post it here or in the software Forum. I wasn't aware that some IDE hard drives have the ability to monitor there temps I guess I am the only one, so maybe this is not news to everyone else, of course, if it could monitor SCSI it would be more useful. I guess the best use for this is to see if perhaps you have a HD faling I would assume that they may run hotter when they start to fail, I just thought it was kind of niffty.

It's beta but it runs fine in XP RC-2.

Seems like a nice program from what I've read on their site. No support for RAID yet though, guess I'll bookmark it and check back later.

hmmm..... interesting, never knew such s/w existed...

won't b much use to me tho, cuz I'm using my PC with the cover off...
