Software to mirror my hard drive in real time...

I have 2 200 gig sata hard drives i want to mirror them together in real time but i cant use raid cause i want to be able to pull one of the drives some of the time.. and raid freaks out when i do that... degraged quality error....i have hot swapable cases... do you guys know of a 3rd party software to do this... or even maybe a windows xp pro app can do it... any help thanks...

Can you do a software RAID in Windows and then turn that off when you want to pull it?
